The source of the Gradeshka River is located at the foot of the Macedonian - Greek border in the mountainous locality called Urup, and in the upper watercourse this river is called and Urupska River.
The source is located at 1,600 meters above sea level.
Its flow is Koselska River and other smaller springs and fountains. The length of the flow of Gradeshka River is 26 km.
The direction of the leakage is to the west and runs through the villages Gradesnica, northeast of Staravina through the gorge and the village Zovik turns to the north, it merges with the river Satoka.
On the right side Gradeshka River receives the Beshishka River and the increased waterflow of Gradeshka River flows into the Black River at elevation of 410 m. and downstream 3 km from Chebren Monastery. In the original section of the fall Gradeshka River is 7.28% and the last section the drop is 5.58%.
