Mountain adder „Планински Смок“ (lat. Coronella austriaca) is a non-poisonous snake from the family of snakes (Colubridae) which live in Macedonia, northern and central Europe and up East to northern Iran.

This mountain snake eats smaller animals, especially other reptiles.
It lays eggs in a warm place, burying them in the sand.
