Agrimony - Agrimonia eupatoria is a perennial herbaceous herb that reaches up to 1 meter.
The leaves are pinnate arranged; the flowers are yellow and tiny, and the whole plant is covered with tiny and soft hairs.
It blooms in the summer months.
The agrimony is quite a widespread herb, usually, it grows in mountainous areas, in particular in the dry and sunny places.

Use of Agrimonia eupatoria in traditional medicine

The agrimony is a bitter herb which odors pleasantly that is used as a medicine against diarrhea, intestinal inflammation, gallstones; it is also used for diseases of kidneys, stomach, and liver.



Agrimonia eupatoria is used for rinsing the mouth and throat, upon various bleedings and inflammation in the mouth, for painful spleen, for the treatment of hepatitis and cancer. Some peoples use this herb for healing various skin diseases.
